Location in between Auckland airport and city centre, short distance of driving to both directions. Clean enough to make us comfortable Very comfortable bed

Location was great for us- walking distance to Eden park; room was well appointed and clean

Lobby and hallways we’re disheveled; no staff to be found- phone number provided to call them offsite for problems

Clean, handy location, good management….need heating facilities in rooms & working fridge

The manager was very helpful The room was very clean

It was cold…there was no heater or heating option There was air conditioning but no ability to control the temperature…it was room temperature & being winter was cold input into room The fridge was switched off, after turning up the dial to medium inside fridge it started, but unfortunately next morning went to make cup of tea..milk & all food in there was frozen

If I can help it, I won't stay again.

The location was good and staff were friendly, and the price was good.

There were laundry bags at the entrance, and there was a funny smell to the complex and the rooms, while clean and spacious, require a good upgrade.

It was close to our venue, clean room, we came and went

Good clean rooms, good value for money, few issues listed below but as we weren't tourists and actually attending an event we were always out and about, only back to change and sleep

Probably needed to know they were housing the homeless on level1 - some shady characters about. Staff need uniform, front of office staff looked like a workman. Grounds could do with a tidy up. Was a bit Noisy overnight. No aircon or fans worked - being repaired/replaced at time of stay but was given portable heater if needed.

Good size room, was comfy, heating worked well.

Room was showing its Age, a little grubby, shower door wouldn't stay closed so water everywhere, toilet was placed in such a way you couldn't use the toilet roll on the holder, so the roll was left on the sink opposite, recommend putting some flannels in the room, I can't remember but I believe there were no plugs beside the bed, so had to charge devices on other side of room.

Worth it!

Pros: Great location, next to Newmarket. The shared kitchen helped me cook meals. Very good Wi-Fi. Very good staff. Running hot water is always available. Calm and secure.

Needs Improvement: No working table, found it very hard to take office calls on a laptop. Room temperature control did not seem to work. Broken door latch. Paid/Complimentary breakfast would be a great bonus.

I will be booking again

Very roomy and great location. Easy walk to good spots for dinner, entertainment and supermarket. Beds huge and comfy, firm but that suits me. More than you'd expect at this price

Water went hot and cold in the shower. Maybe a little more decoration in the room on the walls would be nice. A little sterile, but that's a personal thing. Weird pillows, too firm for me. Very blocky.

Great location for retail therapy plus close to bus and Train station. Free parking which is worth gold in this area. Good value. Having communal kitchen was handy plus microwave toaster and kettle in room

Rooms clean but little tired.
